Lief Labs in Valencia, CA is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our QC laboratory operations in a regulated manufacturing environment, overseeing analytical and microbiological testing, investigations, data review, and external partnerships.

You will build high‑performing teams, ensure compliance with cGMP and ISO/IEC 17025, and drive continuous improvement in turnaround time and data quality while maintaining inspection readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline.
• 8 years of progressive laboratory experience in regulated manufacturing.
• 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, data integrity and quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily QC and laboratory operations.
• Ensure testing and data review for materials and products.
• Maintain laboratory compliance with cGMP and ISO/IEC 17025.
• Oversee investigations, deviations, CAPA, and problem solving.
• Drive continuous improvement in turnaround time and data quality.
