El candidato ideal debe tener al menos 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares, comunicación efectiva y un dominio avanzado del inglés. Formación

Descripción del empleo
GENERAL OBJETIVE

Lead the team responsible for achieving the scope of GB Advisors' Professional Services SIP (Software Implementation Projects) as defined in the Proposal and/or Service Contracts documents, following PMBOK best practices and the SCRUM framework.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
  • Communicate effectively with the client and stakeholders, via email and in meetings, regarding project responsibilities, scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
  • Agree on communication channels and strategies with the client and keep them informed about the project's status and progress through regular reports with time indicators and milestones.
  • Plan activities with the client and the technical implementation specialist, following the standard methodology of the GB Advisors team, and define milestones in the work plan to monitor project progress and partial and final closure.
  • Identify client requirements beyond the documented scope (Deliverables and Limitations) in the Proposals and/or Service Contracts and communicate them to the client in a timely manner.
  • Activate the Scope Change Process (PCR) involving the implementation team for feasibility analysis and additional costs.
  • Monitor compliance with the SIP project within the hours quoted and documented in the Proposals and/or Service Contracts.
  • Align the internal GBA team (commercial, implementation) with client expectations and the SIP scope.
  • Determine courses of action for conflict resolution in the project.
  • Provide project methodologies, quality control, and requirements to the implementation Specialist.
  • Coordinate acceptance of deliverables defined in Proposals and/or Service Contracts and the Work Plan by the client.
  • Issue partial and final project closure reports and send them to the client for management approval.
  • Document discussed points in client meeting minutes (PMO Checkpoint, technical sessions and/or production, if applicable) and send them to the team.
  • Schedule periodic PMO checkpoint sessions to present the status to the client and validate their feedback.
  • Review negotiation conditions of the SIP opportunity and identify associated risks and attention points.
  • Raise alerts for validated gaps between the negotiation document and client expectations regarding SIP scope.
  • Identify risks associated with client dissatisfaction due to Infeasibility of Expectations or Requirements and escalate to authorized roles for mitigation actions.
  • Evaluate the correct estimation of the implementation work plan and defined delivery dates by the implementation team.
  • Monitor and control implementation activities and define delivery dates by the implementation team.
  • Identify risks associated with non-compliance with final activity dates and escalate to authorized roles to define mitigation actions.
  • Identify possible business opportunities or client needs during SIP execution and channel them to the corresponding area.
JOB PROFILE

EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. With a specialization in project management or quality. Preferably with knowledge of IT.

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience in similar positions.

ENGLISH LEVEL: Advanced.
