Halliburton in Maracaibo (Zulia) and Maturin (Monagas) seeks a Principal Artificial Lift Engineer specializing in ESP. You will develop advanced ESP recommendations and proposals, serving as a SME for ESP applications and supporting customers and internal teams with performance evaluations and optimization opportunities.

You will also mentor less-experienced professionals and contribute to product development initiatives while coordinating technical assignments across locations in Venezuela.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Science.
• 6+ years of experience in Artificial Lift operations.
• Hands-on technical and/or operational experience with ESP systems.
• Strong knowledge of ESP applications, system evaluation, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Ability to develop advanced technical recommendations and communicate solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, project execution, and technical communication skills.
• English: Intermediate.
