Chevron is seeking a Business Performance Delivery Analyst in Caracas, Venezuela. The role involves consolidating data for the annual Business Plan, coordinating planning processes, and delivering monthly performance reports while mentoring junior analysts.

Required are a engineering/economics/business degree, strong English and Spanish, and experience with Power BI, MS Office, and Agile. Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Economics or Business field.
• Expertise in data consolidation from multiple sources.
• Experience liaising with technical and functional teams; provide inputs, analyze outputs, and manage tools for Business Plan prep.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Power BI.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum; Scrum certification a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
• Adapt to changing plans.
• Collaborate with diverse teams.
• Executive English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with senior management.
• Spanish language capability.
• Experience in team leadership; mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Frequent communication with planning teams to capture information for annual Business Plan.
• Supports use of economic evaluation tools and links to portfolio management.
• Collaborates with Planning to ensure PDVSA guidelines and Empresa Mixta interests.
• Coordinates completion of Planning processes such as small capital lookback and mid-year update.
• Prepares and consolidates monthly performance and operational reports.
• Mentors experienced Analysts.
• Analyzes KPIs: production, costs, capex, earnings, cash flow and variations.
