Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales Teammate at our store to deliver the guest experience and support merchandising and operations. This part-time, on-site role offers an hourly base pay range of $18.21–$20 with base plus commission for sales performance and eligibility for benefits.

As a Teammate, you will greet guests, answer questions, ring up purchases, maintain displays, and assist with stock and store safety. Health, retirement, and discount benefits are available to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education, sharing that knowledge with the Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers, and perform POS tasks.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager and Leadership Team regarding merchandise handling concerns.
• Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and shoppable.
