Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrate knowledge of completion equipment and oilfield operations.
• Be willing to continuously learn new systems, tools, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and disassembly of oilfield and completion equipment according to established procedures.
• Follow formal maintenance practices and operational standards for standardized applications.
• Inspect, maintain, and prepare equipment to ensure operational readiness and reliability.
• Support maintenance and repair activities while adhering to quality and safety requirements.
• Develop technical knowledge of completion equipment and related systems.
• Learn new tools, technologies, and operating systems associated with Baker Hughes products and services.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment documentation.
• Work collaboratively with workshop personnel, field teams, and technical specialists.
• Comply with all Baker Hughes HSE policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance and repair organization.
