BairesDev, a global technology leader, is seeking a Node.js Technical Lead to guide backend services and DevOps ownership in a fully remote role. You will shape architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery excellence across the team.

Based in Venezuela or anywhere, you will work with GraphQL/REST APIs, Ansible automation, and containerized infrastructure, while maintaining high standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong proficiency in Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript.
• Background in building GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Git.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

In this role, you'll lead the technical direction of Node.js services while guiding automation and infrastructure practices across the team. This is a hands-on leadership position where your decisions shape both the codebase and how the team ships and operates it.
