The role involves streamlining patient onboarding and documentation, managing appointments, and ensuring effective communication. Candidates must be fully fluent in Spanish and English, possess strong organizational skills, and have experience in administrative roles. Remote work is not applicable for this position.

Formación

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new patient appointments, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth onboarding.
  • Verify and handle insurance information for incoming patients.
  • Maintain and keep the email inbox clean and organized, responding and flagging messages based on priority.
  • Process prior authorization scans and ensure all required documentation is properly submitted.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely communication and workflow efficiency.
