Kiwa PPI seeks an experienced NDE/NDT QA Level III Specialist to oversee restoration work in Venezuela. The role requires ASNT Level III certification across RT and VT/UT/PT/LT/MT, a technical degree, and ongoing training.

You will guide NDE technique selection, approve subcontractor documents, and ensure code compliance on-site. As the final technical authority, you will coordinate QA engineers, liaise with construction, and support procedures, interpretations, and testing results to deliver

Competenze

• ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level III Certification in Radiography (RT - Conventional and Computed).
• ASNT Level III certifications in Visual Inspection (VT), Ultrasonic (UT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), Leak Testing (LT), and Magnetic Particle (MT).
• Technical degree or higher technical education qualification.
• Mandatory ongoing technical training certification to perform inspection and supervisory duties.

• Verify, review, and suggest enhancements to NDE techniques and procedures.

Job Summary

Kiwa PPI is a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC). We help our clients improve quality, safety, and sustainability across their industrial projects. We are currently seeking an experienced NDE / NDT QA Level III Specialist in Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil to support the restoration of an existing facility in Venezuela. This role serves as the ultimate technical authority for non-destructive examination (NDE) methods, ensuring that inspection techniques, contractor documentation, and field interpretations adhere strictly to code standards and facility restoration requirements.

About the role

• Working Environment & Contract Details

• Contract Type: Third-Party Contract.

• Location of Work: Venezuela (On-site).

• Schedule: Shifts of up to 12 hours per day, 7 days a week.

• Personnel will provide hands-on support for the restoration of an existing unit.

• Ability to work effectively both within a team and with minimal supervision is required.

• Verify, review, and suggest enhancements to NDE techniques and procedures.
