Outlier is seeking a QA coder to review AI-generated code and rate model responses on multiple dimensions. You will write prompts to challenge AI models and help improve code generation quality.

Ideal candidates have a Computer Science degree, live production code experience, and strong English communication. This is a remote, freelance 1099 opportunity open to Latin American applicants.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses on accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models.
