Uptalent Dot I O is expanding its engineering consultancy and seeks an experienced electrical design engineer to lead wastewater projects and supervise a drafting team. You will coordinate with civil engineers, city officials, and equipment vendors to define requirements and ensure designs meet deadlines.

Within a remote role, you will work with professionals to review designs, support growth into treatment plant projects, and help standardize CAD templates for ongoing operations.

Formación

• Hands-on wastewater electrical engineering experience (lift stations, pump stations, or treatment plants).
• Experience working for the U.S. market in the same industry is valued.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong AutoCAD skills with experience reviewing and checking drafting work.
• Experience managing or coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Broader experience in MEP disciplines is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects and guide a drafting team to meet design requirements.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, city officials, and vendors to define project needs.
• Work with Professional Engineers to review and approve designs.
• Monitor progress, report to clients, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review submittals during bidding and construction phases.
• Contribute to expanding services into treatment plant projects and CAD standardization.
