A leading fintech company is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and partnership growth across LATAM. This role involves onboarding affiliates and institutional clients while ensuring compliance with regional regulations. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development and is fluent in English and Spanish. Monthly bonuses and vacation days are offered.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on LATAM markets.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in LATAM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to LATAM markets.
• Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in LATAM.
• Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes.
