BairesDev is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale Kubernetes-based internal platforms in a fully remote, global team. You will bridge infrastructure and development to enable seamless deployment and scaling of applications, while abstracting away underlying complexity.

You will collaborate with developers to set platform standards, implement IaC with Terraform and Helm, and drive reliability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and automation.

Formación

• 4+ years of Platform Engineering/DevOps/SRE experience.
• Proven ability to design and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Hands-on with Terraform and Helm for IaC.
• Experience implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, container networking, and cloud-native security.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across environments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for deployment and configuration.
• Automate provisioning with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Implement and optimize GitOps-based CD workflows using ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with development teams to define platform standards and scaling strategies.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance through monitoring and self-healing.
