Job summary

Signature Companies is expanding its high-value residential insurance inspector network in Santa Rosa, CA. We seek self-motivated individuals to perform on-site surveys for high-value homes, capture photos and measurements, and note hazards for underwriters.

As an independent contractor, you’ll schedule visits, generate reports online, and relay findings through Loss Control 360. Prior experience in property appraisal or construction is a plus; mentoring from our Field Management team is

Qualifications

• Must have high level of professionalism.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must own smartphone, tablet and Windows-based PC.
• High-speed internet and a 16 MP camera or better.
• Measuring devices such as laser, tape measure or measuring wheel.
• Reliable late-model vehicle; Auto and General Liability Insurance.
• Construction experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site high-value property surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements.
• Identify and document construction materials, features, and hazards.
• Generate estimated replacement value for the home.
• Communicate findings via Loss Control 360 on Signature website.
