This is a fully remote position offering a base salary of $800-$1,000/month along with performance-based bonuses.

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for afemale IG Managerto join our team. You will act as the main account driver for the IG accounts not only posting but making sure the content we produce onto the IG accounts are at a high quality that represents what the IG brand stands for, you will also be in charge of the accounts boosting managing the Ad Creatives and boosting of the page.

Responsibilities

• Posting on each IG account Daily
• Noting down the peformance and data of the acocunts insights
• Ensure content meets quality, brand, and delivery standards.
• Communicate with the creative team on whats currently working in IG that we can do for our own
• Flag challenges early and provide practical solutions.

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Excellent communication skills (clear, firm, supportive).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple IG's at once.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
