A leading HR consultancy in Caracas is seeking a Full-Cycle IT Recruiter to manage the entire hiring process for IT roles. Drive the end-to-end hiring process for IT and corporate roles including software engineers, IT support, technical project managers, sales engineers, and account managers.
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, online communities, referrals, and industry networks.
Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to define recruitment strategies, align on role expectations, and provide data-driven hiring guidance.
Manage the interview lifecycle while ensuring a seamless, professional, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Present, negotiate, and close competitive offer packages in a fast-moving market.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, analyze recruiting data, and present insights that support forecasting and process optimization.
Represent the company at industry events, stay plugged into recruiting trends, and help strengthen our employer brand.
Successfully meet or exceed monthly and quarterly metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline development, and quality-of-hire targets.
1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (IT or tech industry preferred).
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational excellence.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent verbal and written communication with strong relationship-building skills.
Experience evaluating and managing recruiting vendors or staffing partners.
Advanced ATS experience, such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience recruiting for roles in IT, technical sales, or SaaS environments.
Background in high-growth, dynamic environments (in-house or agency).
Strong sourcing abilities and comfort recruiting passive candidates in competitive markets.
