Scale Up Recruiting Partners is hiring a Founding LinkedIn Outbound Campaign Strategist for a fast-growing AI startup building an AI-powered growth platform for LinkedIn outbound. This role requires strategic ownership from research to launch, testing, and optimization.

You will craft targeting, messaging, and playbooks, using tools like LinkedIn Navigator and multiple outbound platforms. Remote, full-time contractor, with global reach and the chance to shape the product and campaigns from day

• Must be exceptional at LinkedIn outbound and able to understand a business, identify audiences, craft messaging, and improve campaigns based on data.
• Proven ability to own campaigns from research through launch, testing, and ongoing optimization.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound platforms is a plus; results and strategic thinking matter more than tool stack.

Responsabilidades

• Learn each client’s product, market, customers, positioning, and sales process.
• Identify ICPs, buyer segments, triggers, and campaign angles.
• Build highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data sources.
• Determine target audiences and why they matter and timing relevance.
• Write connection requests, opening messages, follow-ups, and variations.
• Launch LinkedIn outbound campaigns using the company platform.
• Monitor acceptance, replies, and lead-quality metrics.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and adjust.
• Run tests across audiences, offers, messaging, and CTAs.
• Review replies to understand market signals.
• Pause weak campaigns and scale successful ones.
• Maintain campaign documentation of tests and results.
• Turn successful campaigns into repeatable playbooks for the team.
