Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and route sheets.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions.
• Forklift certification or experience operating lift equipment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain machines and equipment.
• Move materials to and from work areas using power lift trucks and forklifts.
• Ensure smooth production flow and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Read and follow route sheets/blueprints; train new machine operators.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
