Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in oil and gas operations.
• Specialization in Progressing Cavity Pump (PCP) systems.
• Experience with well monitoring and production optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and support maintenance.
• Commitment to HSE standards and safe field operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient PSD to customers and prepare equipment.
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings.
• Maintain equipment in safe working order and report issues.
• Ensure crew safety and wear PPE per policy.
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down.
• Operate equipment per competency and job requirements.
• Observe HSE policies and maintain safety training.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
