Responsibilities
- 1. Service Efficiency
- Ensure Service Operations’ compliance to Reporting Services (QPMS / Semi –QPMS), Termite Management Program.
- Conduct technical advisory for Services which require site inspection.
- Ensure accurate and on-time submission of reports agreed with customer.
- Undertake periodic inspection to HD/KA customers; discuss findings and recommendations, and seek agreement on the action plan.
- 2. Administration and Policy Directive
- Assist Technical Manager in planning, scheduling, preparation of suitable training materials and conduct of technical training.
- Assist Technical Manager in updating Authorized Product List, coordinate requests on additions and removals, and coordinate with procurement and chemical supplier on supporting documents.
- Assist Technical Manager in conducting Service Audit and monitoring the status of Technician Performance Assessment (TPA).
- Assist in any program that supports quality service within the division.
- Support Branch operations in promoting company products and services to achieve business objectives; supervise and/or assist specific Branch service operation as required after consultation with Branch & Technical Manager.
- Provide Insect Identification Service for Branches which lack capability and to complement those which have.
- Constantly improve knowledge on Pest Management through private study, association membership, attendance at courses, study of technical literature, and practical field experience.
- Identify cases of recurrent infestation and/or lack of customer cooperation requiring follow-up action by local Branch.
- Submit recommendations and reports with appropriate chemical treatment or monitoring recommendations to the Branch or Service Heads.
- Conduct bi-annual audits to ensure product usage complies with the Authorized Product List in all Pest Control Branches.
- Maintain accurate records of High Dependency / Key Account customers for the current year as reference for review on the status of Pest Management Program.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance and security of vehicles, equipment and company monies; ensure all technical materials/documents are controlled and not used for other purposes outside company interests.
- Drive SHE policy compliance and the zero-tolerance policy. Achieve LTAR targets set for the year for both Pest Control & Hygiene.
- 3. Customer Development
- Ensure all customer complaints and inquiries are addressed with urgency following company SOPs and the 2/24 promise.
- Be aware of and act on potential sales and collection opportunities to generate additional new business, up-sell and improve collection.
- Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance and customers’ requirements.
Qualifications
- Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle
- With Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1,2,3)
- College Graduate/Level or Vocational Course Graduate
- Graduate of Agriculture or related course is an advantage
- Fast learner and can work with minimum supervision
- Good communication skills and customer service oriented
- Willing to be trained for career growth
- Willing to work night shift
