Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a Foreman to lead day-to-day operations on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC. You will manage in-house and subcontract crews onsite, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and timely delivery while maintaining schedules and contract commitments.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
3+ years of construction management and/or electrical experience.
OSHA regulations familiarity required; NFPA 70E preferred.
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to travel full time and work long hours including weekends.
Familiar with local codes, AHJ standards, and NEC.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

Cultivate safety as a core value across the company and project sites.
Assist project team with developing project budget and estimating production rates.
Oversee electrical crews and coordinate with subcontractors to meet deadlines.
Maintain the project schedule and ensure quality, safety, and contractual obligations.
Track progress, document issues, and provide weekly forecasting.
