A leading AI platform is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build relationships with customers and provide strategic guidance. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in enterprise SAAS and a strong understanding of AI software. This role involves onboarding new clients, managing customer projects, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer satisfaction and success.

You'd be joining our team of world-leading AI experts, alongside co-founders Alexandre Robicquet, and Dr. Emile Contal. We built the company out of Stanford's AI research labs, and already have a great bench of customers using our platform.
