Formación

  • Proven expertise with Close CRM and advanced customization.
  • Experience in supporting sales teams in a Sales Ops or equivalent role.
  • Solid understanding of sales KPIs and their management.

Responsabilidades

  • Customize and configure Close CRM including pipelines and custom fields.
  • Set up automations for emails, SMS, and follow-ups.
  • Manage pipeline hygiene and ensure leads are correctly categorized.
  • Handle inbound and outbound messages to ensure all leads are addressed.
  • Create dashboards to track KPIs and support sales team operations.

Overview

We’re hiring a Close CRM & Sales Operations Specialist to customize, manage, and scale Close to power the company’s sales engine. This role combines CRM setup, pipeline management, and sales support, ideal for someone with hands-on Close expertise who enjoys enabling a high-performing sales team.

Their platform uses automation and AI to help brands increase traffic, drive sales, and engage authentically with highly targeted audiences. By combining smart technology with a deep understanding of how people interact online, they empower marketing teams to be faster, smarter, and more effective.

Responsibilities
  • Customize and configure Close CRM: pipelines, custom fields, smart views, saved searches.
  • Set up automations: sequences, workflows, and templates for emails/SMS/follow-ups.
  • Manage pipeline hygiene: ensure leads are in the right stage, no duplicates, no prospects lost.
  • Handle inbound and outbound messages, making sure no lead is left behind.
  • Perform follow-ups on behalf of closers, pushing deals forward.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and improve processes.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day CRM operations and process improvements.
  • (Bonus) Leverage knowledge of Reddit and online communities to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise with Close CRM: advanced customization, automation, pipeline setup.
  • Experience supporting sales teams (Sales Ops / Sales Assistant / CRM Manager role).
  • Solid understanding of pipeline management and sales KPIs.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) – daily work is in an international environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a startup environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Reddit and community-driven growth.
