Join our international construction team working on U.S. projects!

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer or Technician who’s organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely. If you enjoy estimating costs, reading plans, and managing project tasks — we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:
Estimate project costs

Read drawings and calculate quantities (volumetrics)

Help with bidding packages

Support project management & scheduling

Handle permits and paperwork

Work closely with architects, VAs, and contractors

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in Spanish with STRONG English reading skills

Able to read plans and extract volumetrics

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel

Reliable, organized, detail-loving

Stable internet connection

Must use a VPN or proxy (many sites are U.S.-only)

Bonus if you’ve used PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or other estimating tools

What We Offer:
$200-$350/month base (bonuses for great results!)
