Multinational Mobile Company is looking for a City Manager with strong sales and team management experience!
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals according to the company’s targets.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to boost performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand market presence.
- Effectively resolve conflicts and problems through proactive solutions.
- Negotiate with clients and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience leading sales teams (preferably in retail and mobile distributors).
- Proven Field Force experience in mobile distributors (minimum 2 years).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Office tools, especially Excel and dashboards.
- Conversational English (mandatory).
