A multinational mobile company is seeking a City Manager in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. This role requires strong sales and team management experience. The City Manager will lead a sales team, achieve targets, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in leading sales teams, proven experience in mobile distributors, and proficiency in Office tools. Conversational English is mandatory.

Formación

  • At least 3 years of experience leading sales teams, preferably in retailer and mobile distributors.
  • Proven Field Force experience in mobile distributors (minimum 2 years).
  • Conversational English (mandatory).

  • Achieve sales goals according to the company’s targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to boost performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
