Salomon is seeking a proactive Sales Associate for our upcoming Miranda opening. You will be the brand face, delivering a welcoming shopping experience while supporting revenue goals and training commitments for the launch.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, high energy, and a passion for Salomon’s trail, road, hike, or sportstyle products. This role offers gear, discounts, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional retail experience and assist customers in finding products.

What You'll Do:

We're on the hunt for passionate and fast paced Sales Associates to support our team and create an exceptional retail experience in our up-coming new opening at Miranda. As we are opening on 20th November you must have good availability around this date for training and store bum[-in. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and has a positive experience by:

• Using your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect products and drive sales.
• Quickly and positively find solutions for customers, ensuring a responsive and engaging interaction, with diligent follow-up.
• Address complaints and objections swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
• Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention practices.
• Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, well-organised, and inviting for customers.
• Confidently handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to maintaining high brand visual standards, always ensuring excellence in product presentation.
• Support with replenishment and pricing duties, including preparation for sales and promotions as needed
