Your Role
- Design & Build
- Develop and maintain high‑performance C/C++ applications for Windows using Visual Studio.
- Implement new features end‑to‑end, from design to delivery.
- Debugging & Quality
- Diagnose and fix complex issues using Visual Studio debuggers, crash dumps, and profiling tools.
- Write clean, maintainable code with unit/integration tests.
- Performance & Reliability
- Optimize multithreaded components and networking paths for low‑latency, high‑throughput scenarios.
- Improve stability, logging, and fault tolerance.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with product and QA to refine requirements and harden releases.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Core Skills (What We’re Looking For)
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Windows development with Visual Studio.
- Solid understanding of multithreading (e.g., std::thread, synchronization primitives) and networking (WinSock/Boost.Asio).
- Proficient debugging skills: breakpoints, watch/locals, memory/handle leak detection, crash dump analysis.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MT4/MT5 platforms, bridge/connectivity modules, or trading plugins.
- Knowledge of FIX/financial market data, REST/WebSocket APIs.
- Experience with CMake, Boost, Windows services, DLLs/COM.
- Basic scripting (Python/PowerShell) for tooling and CI tasks.
Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving mindset.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver on time.
