A healthcare company in Caracas is seeking a Bilingual Patient Liaison to provide patient support and assist with sales processes. The ideal candidate should have advanced English skills and experience in healthcare or customer service. This is an on-site position requiring full-time availability from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. The candidate will be responsible for guiding patients through their journey and ensuring satisfaction.

Formación

  • Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) is required.
  • Availability to work full-time in Chacao, Caracas.

We are seeking a professional, results-driven Bilingual Patient Liaison to join our healthcare team. This role blends compassionate patient support with strategic sales assistance, ensuring every client feels informed, confident, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey. This is an on-site position in Chacao, Caracas; kindly refrain from applying if you do not meet this location requirement.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current patients.
  • Guide patients through consultation, scheduling, pre‑op, and post‑op processes.
  • Provide clear, empathetic communication about procedures, recovery, and expectations.
  • Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Assist in the consultation process by presenting treatment options and pricing.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Support the clinic’s sales goals by encouraging bookings.
  • Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow‑ups.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient care.
  • Update CRM and scheduling systems with patient data and notes.
  • Help prepare promotional materials and assist with clinic events or campaigns.
  • Make a minimum of 60 calls per day.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in healthcare or customer service (preferred).
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • Availability to work full‑time in our office located in Chacao, Caracas (mandatory).
  • Availability to work Mon - Fri (10:00 a.m - 6:30 p.m VZLA time).
