Mondelez International in Caracas is seeking a Category Planning & Activation professional to lead in-store standards and the end-to-end delivery of displays. You will support KPI tracking and identify distribution opportunities while coordinating with category planning and activation teams.

The role emphasizes project management, analytical skills, and strong collaboration with key accounts and distributors in Venezuela.

• Define and develop in-store standards for primary shelf and secondary placement in line with category and brand strategy.

• Track Perfect Store KPIs and identify distribution opportunities with action plans.
• Provide support with fast track priorities with Category Planning and activation teams.
• Manage all activities in line with budgets.
