BairesDev is a fully remote technology company with a global 4,000+ team delivering cutting-edge AI solutions. We seek an AI Engineer (Python) to contribute to production-grade AI systems and workflows across diverse sources.

You will join a distributed team, work PST hours, and help extend frontend capabilities while building and maintaining RAG pipelines, LangChain-based workflows, and scalable LLM deployments in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.
• An LLM system you've kept running in production.
• Experience with RAG pipelines.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
• Help build workflows and RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured sources.
• Support evaluation coverage on AI behavior you help ship.
• Help extend the existing frontend where needed.
