About the Role

Property Leads is a fast-growing real estate lead generation and data company. We are seeking a Video Ads Producer and Static Creative Designer who can create high‑performing ad creatives across video and static formats for paid media channels. This role combines creative production with performance marketing. You will be responsible for building ad concepts, producing and editing content, and optimizing creative performance to drive lead generation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Creative Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for creating high‑volume, personalized videos and images using AI, maintaining both quantity and quality, and continuously exploring and testing new AI tools and trends to enhance our creative output.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate bulk AI‑created videos and images aligned with brand guidelines.
• Deliver a high volume of creatives daily without compromising quality.
• Customize content to match brand voice, aesthetics, and messaging.
• Constantly research, test, and implement new AI tools, software, and techniques.
• Optimize workflows to scale production efficiently.
• Stay updated on AI trends, innovations, and best practices in content creation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert in AI‑powered creative tools such as HeyGen, Lovart, Arcads, Creatify, and other image/video generation platforms.
• Strong experience in AI bulk creation workflows for videos and images.
• Ability to produce high‑quality creative at scale.
• Excellent understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
• Proactive in testing new tools and techniques for AI content creation.
• Strong attention to detail while managing high‑volume output.
