Job Description

Nanny needed for an adult with developmental disorder. Must have experience and knowledge in supporting individuals with special needs. Provide compassionate care, ensuring well‑being and safety. Assist with daily activities and personal care. Help promote independence, social skills, and engagement in community. Encourage participation in therapeutic exercises and programs. Maintain open communication with family and healthcare providers. Flexibility is required to adapt to the individual's changing needs. A high level of patience, empathy, and understanding is essential. Must be reliable and demonstrate professionalism. A valid driver’s license is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Previous experience with developmental disorders is preferred.
