Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Northeast Florida is seeking a dynamic Zumba Instructor to lead high-energy classes and create an inclusive, celebratory atmosphere for members of all ages and fitness levels.

You will arrive prepared with music, choreography, and a positive attitude, while promoting Crunch programs and community engagement. The role emphasizes safety, enthusiasm, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Current Zumba Instructor License required.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification preferred.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain before teaching.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, professional and passionate about helping others.
• Ability to motivate and engage participants of all ages and fitness levels.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Zumba Instructor License (required).
