Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring in Lansing, Michigan for an in-person fitness instructor to lead safe and effective group exercise classes. You will maintain all required certifications, follow Crunch policies, and provide excellent customer service to members.

Responsibilities include instructing classes, logging attendance, and adhering to sign-in procedures while representing the Crunch brand professionally. Must be a U.S. citizen. Training and monthly meetings are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have current CPR certification.
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.
• ZUMBA certification preferred.

• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.

Requirements:

• Maintain valid CPR Certification
