Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Zscaler Network Security Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of ZIA and ZPA across complex enterprise environments. You will guide zero-trust transformations, policy design, and cloud/on-prem integration to strengthen security posture and enable secure digital transformation.

The role requires extensive hands-on ZIA/ZPA experience, cloud connectors, and advanced security features, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT)
• ZDTE certification required
• 7+ years in network security engineering
• 7+ years hands-on ZIA/ZPA in enterprise environments
• 3+ years with Zscaler Branch Connector and SD-WAN replacement
• 3+ years with Zscaler Cloud Connector in AWS/Azure/GCP
• 5+ years configuring Zscaler advanced security features (ATP/DLP/CBI)
• 5+ years SSL/TLS inspection in ZIA
• 2+ years with Zscaler AI-powered capabilities (ZDX/AI policies)
• 3+ years defining and reviewing Zscaler security policies
• Experience using ZIdentity for centralized identity
• 4+ years deploying ZPA App Connectors in cloud
• 4+ years deploying Zscaler Cloud Connector
• Travel up to 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, deployment, and operation of ZIA and ZPA in enterprise environments
• Manage ZTNA transformation and replacement of legacy VPN infrastructure
• Provide technical leadership for policy administration, TLS inspection, and data protection
• Oversee branch, cloud, and application connector architectures across on-prem and cloud
• Direct development and QA of deliverables and client recommendations
• Lead client and delivery teams, manage risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes
