Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide the zone operations, merchandising, and customer experience on the sales floor. You will supervise a zone team, ensure proper stocking, signage, and displays, and execute daily procedures to support store standards and programs.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, teamwork, and the ability to schedule and motivate associates to maintain efficient store operations and a positive guest experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Position Overview

The Retail Zone Team Leader is required to provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the overall retail sales floor of a store location. The Retail Zone Team Leader oversees a team that is passionate about merchandising and selling merchandise, as well as ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of merchandising, and customer service oversight.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
