Ollie’s in Odessa, TX is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist who helps customers and maintains store appearance, with focus on their assigned zone. You will handle customer service, merchandising, and general store upkeep to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

You should be aware of current promotions, assist with receiving trucks, price and merchandize items, and recover the store while keeping the zone neat.

Qualifications

Position Overview:

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Retail Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
