Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. seeks a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance in their designated zone. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and proactive store maintenance.

Responsibilities include merchandising to standards, knowing current promotions, assisting with receiving and pricing, and keeping the zone neat and organized while handling additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

Position Overview

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Retail Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
