Ollie’s Retail is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and zone upkeep within the assigned store area.

Responsibilities include promoting current promotions, supporting donation programs, receiving shipments, pricing items, and training new associates while maintaining an organized zone.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Position Overview:

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Retail Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary Responsibilities:
