SSC Services for Education seeks a Zone Maintenance Supervisor to lead a campus-wide maintenance program across university facilities in Texas. You will drive reliability, safety, and longevity of assets while coordinating across academic, residential, and auxiliary buildings.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage work orders in the AI&M CMMS, and ensure compliance with OSHA and life-safety regulations. Join a team focused on efficiency, quality, and consistent service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience, preferably in a large campus or higher education setting.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Preferred working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems.

• Conduct field audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align maintenance priorities and minimize disruption.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a campus-wide maintenance program that ensures the reliability, safety, and longevity of university facilities and infrastructure.
