Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Cup Machine Operator in Conyers, GA to safely operate dipping cup machines, perform changeovers, monitor product quality, and ensure sanitation and documentation accuracy.

You will handle multiple cup machines, identify correct components, adjust weights, and keep downtime and process records up to date in a fast-paced, multi-temperature production environment. Training provided; strong safety focus required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Able to stand/walk 7+ hours.
• Able to lift 25–100 lbs as needed.
• Work in wet, humid, cold, hot, and noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate dipping cup machines of varying sizes.
• Identify correct film, cups, lids, boxes, and coding.
• Change cups, lids, seal pads, blades, and film.
• Perform weight adjustments to maintain product weights.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Complete inspection and downtime documentation.
• Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble equipment (CIP/COP).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Cup Machine Operator to safely operate dipping cup machines, perform changeovers, monitor product quality, and ensure sanitation and documentation accuracy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate small, large, and round dipping cup machines
• Identify correct film, cups, lids, boxes, and coding
• Change cups, lids, seal pads, blades, and film
• Perform weight adjustments to maintain product weights
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Complete inspection and downtime documentation
• Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble equipment (CIP/COP)
