Job summary

CSG, Inc. seeks a Zero Trust Systems Engineer to provide systems engineering and ICAM/Zero Trust support. You will define products to underpin Zero Trust security, work with ICAM capability teams, and assess architectures and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include documenting procedures and assisting developers with requirements and sprint planning. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraphs, strong communication, and experience with ICAM, ABAC, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering or related field; 10+ years Systems Engineering experience (or 14+ years with no degree).
• Experience with ICAM, Zero Trust, and security policy frameworks.
• DoD/federal policy familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define ICAM/Zero Trust capabilities, architecture, and design.
• Produce release notes, installation/user guides, and SOPs for ICAM/Zero Trust.”
• Support software developers with requirements tracking and sprint planning.
• Provide technical expertise per industry standards and DoD policies.
