Job summary

EY seeks a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee security solutions and ensure robust network protection across our environments. You will manage Zscaler configurations, lead security assessments, and collaborate with IT and network teams to maintain secure deployments.

You will drive incident response, enforce security policies, and stay current with Zscaler trends while guiding teams in IAM, encryption, and governance. EY offers hybrid work and a broad rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance.
• Understanding of network security, identity and access management, and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies.
