Job summary

Softthink Solutions in Washington, DC seeks a Zero Trust / IAM Engineer to integrate identity telemetry (Okta, Entra ID) into Google SecOps, enabling SBA’s Zero Trust architecture and privileged-access monitoring.

You will configure UEBA dashboards, map identity events to detection rules, support ingestion pipelines, and contribute to training and runbooks. The role demands 10+ years in IAM security and offers a path to influence insider-threat detection and secure cloud operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM engineering or related security experience.
• Experience with Okta, Entra ID, and identity telemetry ingestion.
• Experience with UEBA configuration and risk modeling.
• Experience supporting SIEM/SOAR identity-based detections.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate IAM and Zero Trust telemetry into Google SecOps.
• Configure UEBA dashboards and risk scoring models.
• Map identity events to detection rules and SOAR workflows.
• Support ingestion pipelines for identity providers.
• Align IAM telemetry with insider-threat and privileged-access monitoring.
• Assist with training, runbooks, and operational transition.
