4th Day Trucking seeks a Long-Haul Solo Fleet Driver for nationwide OTR runs. Operates condo sleeper equipment, covering 48 states from key regions. Expect 2–3 weeks out with 2–3 days home, and about 2,200 miles weekly.

Long-Haul Solo Fleet Driver – Nationwide OTR

THE ROUTE & LOGISTICS

• Area & Equipment: Haul dry van freight across all 48 states utilizing condo sleeper trucks, operating out of key regions like TN, IN, KY, and MO.
• Schedule: 2 to 3 weeks out with 2 to 3 days off at home (must provide secure home parking).
• Mileage: Average 2,200 miles weekly.

EARNINGS & PAY SCALE

• Tiered CPM: Experience-based pay from $0.57 cpm (0–1 yr) up to $0.66 cpm (10–30 yrs).
• Projections: Weekly gross of $1,254 – $1,452, totaling an annual income of $65,208 to $75,504.

FREIGHT & PROCEDURES

• Handling: Strictly no-touch freight combining drop-and-hook, live loading, and live unloading.
• Communication: Daily ETA updates are mandatory, with a potential 1-week mentor ride-along for onboarding.
