Job summary

Middlebury Snowbowl is seeking a student employee to design and deliver zero-proof beverage experiences for campus events. You will curate flavors, prepare and serve drinks, and create an engaging, welcoming environment for students to gather and socialize.

The role involves bar setup, inventory management, and supporting promotional efforts across social media and flyers, plus education on harm reduction. Previous hospitality experience is a plus, with flexible hours and on-campus location.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar/café settings.
• Ability to design promotional materials using Canva and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of zero-proof beverage concepts is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Design and serve distinct zero proof drink flavors appealing to college students using non-alcoholic ingredients.
• Attend to bar setup and cleanup and drink management for efficient workflow, including managing inventory levels, prebatch production and storage, accurate measuring and materials labeling, and safe and hygienic drink handling practices.
• Provide engaging and timely customer service, including a welcoming environment with decorations, signage, and educational materials.
• Assist in event promotion, including social media and flyer design, posting, and distribution.
• Provide active and passive education on harm reduction and resources for challenges with substance use.
