Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA, seeks a Process Lead to drive Lean Daily Management systems at our plant. You will develop standards and coach operators to optimize process performance consistently.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in automated manufacturing. You will manage daily operations and partner with project engineers to ensure efficient start-ups. Preferred candidates have a bachelor's degree and prior manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years' experience in an automated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and TPM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily problem solving and data driven planning.
• Coach operators/mechanics on executing standards.
• Develop standards for executing tasks on the line.
• Manage equipment centerlines as needed.
• Drive process efficiency on multiple production lines.
• Partner with project engineers for successful systems start-up.
• Assist in financial valuation for pipeline items and capital projects.
