Job summary

The Warehouse Associate at Bosch Group in Norristown, PA will pick and load products for customers and carriers, operate forklifts and other equipment safely, and ensure a positive, compliant customer experience.

You will support branch activities, assist with inventory management, and help keep shipping, receiving, and stock control running smoothly while upholding Zero Harm safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills.
• Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software is a plus.
• HVAC industry experience preferred including warehouse and forklift operations.

Responsibilities

• It is imperative to ensure customers and other team members have a positive experience, while maintaining our safety, quality, and other policies and standards.
• Manage customer relationships and enhance the customer experience.
• Engage in supporting and maintaining the efficient operation of the branch in accordance with current guidelines, policies, practices, and procedures.
• Proactively engage in the safe efficient operation of the warehouse: shipping and receiving, FIFO, and inventory management.
• Receive returned product from customers, inspect for damage, and secure returning product for safe return.
• Other duties as directed.
