Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with Health and Safety, Safety Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or Environmental Science preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to work well in both plant and corporate settings.
• Ability to research problems and think creatively to develop solutions; be self-directed and compliance focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety, health, environmental, and regulatory leadership for North American facilities.
• Drive implementation of Zero Harm programs; ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA and internal policies.
• Lead audits, incident investigations, and training; partner with facility leadership for safe operations.
• Oversee safety, health, and environmental matters at assigned locations; monitor compliance and communicate requirements.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on responses to regulatory agencies and agency negotiations as appropriate.
• Develop and deliver training for site-level Zero Harm coordinators and maintain knowledge of Focus system.
